2) During September, you will be able to see the quality of your ACRUs from a separate report.

3) Such system will be fully implemented across all accounts after 1st November 2008.

As part of our ongoing effort to reward our best marketing partners and promote trusted commerce on eBay, we are implementing a new pricing structure for Active Confirmed Registered User (ACRU) compensation. The new pricing scheme is based on quality, instead of just volume, and will reward top publishers with up to $50 per ACRU driven to eBay.

Starting today, August 1st, new publishers that join the eBay Partner Network will be placed in this new quality-based pricing structure for the US program.

All publishers that joined eBay Partner Network before August 1st will remain in the existing pricing tiers for a few more months so you can have time to look at the data and see how the change will affect you. As of November 1st, all publishers will be placed in the value based pricing structure for ACRUs.

Here’s how it will work. Each publisher will be placed in a quality tier at the end of each month based on that month’s and historical traffic. The tiers will range from $1 to $50, and the higher the expected lifetime value of the customers a publisher sends, the higher the tier the publisher will receive. We expect that most affiliates with a history of driving good, consistent traffic won’t see a lot of variability from month to month.

Publishers that join after August 1st will be able to see what tier they fall in by going to the programs tab and selecting payments structure for the US program. This tier will be updated on the 9th of each month and will reflect the score for the previous month. The tier will be 0 for the first month while we calculate your first score. Note that your ACRU earnings in your reports will reflect this tier.

If you joined before August 1st, you will continue to only see the same volume-based tiers for now. In September we will release a new separate report that will allow all publishers to break down, by campaign, the quality of the ACRUs you are driving to eBay. We will send more details about this report in a few weeks.

Please note that this change only affects compensation for new user registrations (ACRUs). Payouts for revenue share will continue on the same volume-based tiers for both new and old users. While the current change only affects the US eBay program on eBay Partner Network, we are evaluating this system on a country by country basis and will provide additional updates as they become available.

take some time before you start seeing the actual search volume.

With actual search volume, you can now have a clearer picture on the number of searches for certain keywords and how to increase web site traffic.

Step 1. Buy expired domains:
a) with keyword in them.
b) still indexed in google.
c) does not have a bad history (check archive.org)
d) the older the better.

Step 2. Find all the long tail buying keywords associated with the keyword in the domain name.
Only use keywords with little or no competition. Number of searches is not as important.

Step 3. Build each long tail keyword as your ebay category pages. Make sure the keyword is in the title of each category page. Silo the categories as much as possible.

Step 4. Repeat and keep pumping out BANS.

You might be asking - what about the content? promotion?

The most I had is a 250 words content on the mainpage and no content for internal pages. Other people might tell you otherwise. From my testing, the duplicate content created from the ebay product listing is enough to rank for low competition long tail keywords.

If you look at your web statistics, you will find that most of your traffic is coming from the words produced by the ebay product listings such as
“Adorable Frog Diaper Cake 3 Tier”
“Three Tiers Undecorated Diaper Cake”
“Three Tier Turquoise and Brown Diaper Cake”

Don’t be afraid to have duplicate content on your site. You can always add unique articles later on.

90% of my expired domains have zero promotion (I only promote keywords that are harder to rank). Let the site hang around for 1-4 weeks and you will start seeing traffic and sales. The system is simple - you just have to keep building.

Occasionally do some social bookmarking and other web promotion tactics to your expired domains.

The only good thing I witness is a better tracking in the number of clicks
as compared to cj stats. Give them some time to figure out what is going on.

1. You can no longer put the adsense ad under your post title.
2. You can no longer put the adsense ad on a page that look identical to your content.

For every url you want to bookmark, you should bookmark another 3 to 4 bookmarks that are totally unrelated to your site. Make sure those sites are not your competitors.

No idea what urls to use? Just go to any of the following and grab any of the urls there and mix them with your urls.
Always stay under the radar and make your social bookmarking accounts look more legit.
