Ebay ACRU Value Based Pricing Structure

Just received an email from ebay regarding a major change to the ACRU payment structure.

To sum up -
1) ACRUs are no longer at a fixed rate. You will earn from $1-$50 based on the quality of your signups.

2) During September, you will be able to see the quality of your ACRUs from a separate report.

3) Such system will be fully implemented across all accounts after 1st November 2008.
